Sony VAIO® – How to perform a system restore on your Sony VAIO
ok good I i’m pack from Sony and today we’re going to go over how to
do a system restore point system restore allows you to return the
computer to an earlier point in time when it was functioning correctly from
my demonstration I’m using the PC EB each file model is slightly different and the operating
system you are using could be a
factor so be sure to check
the Owner’s Manual or visit us at: support dots on the dot
com for specific instructions on your model
an operating system to do a system restore click Start go to all programs go to accessories now in excess restore
order track system tools now choose system restore up locate show more
restore points and click in the
box up click Next now look at the list in the Description
column select an automatic restore point with
the date when the computer was working properly by clicking to highlight the day click
on Next up if the information is correct in the confirm your restore point window
click Finish up click Yes the computer will then automatically
restart up up
up when the computer restarts there will be
a message stating whether the system restore completed successfully or fail up if the system restore fail she can go
back through the same steps and choose another restore point if you
are still having problems after you completed the restore or
